Transformation and Expansion: The Evolution of PENGCHI Bicycle Factory in 2015

In 2015, PENGCHI Bicycle Factory ushered in a new working environment, with the construction and opening of new office buildings, starting to move towards more comprehensive development, transforming from a small factory into a formal enterprise. The office building area was expanded to four floors, with comprehensive departments and facilities. Important positions such as procurement department, finance department, production department, personnel department, administrative department, sales department, etc. were able to work efficiently. We have formulated new corporate regulations and development concepts, which are more oriented towards future development and take into account more comprehensively. Through continuous efforts, PENGCHI Bicycle Factory will develop into a high-end and cutting-edge bicycle factory, with more comprehensive production and wider design scope, keeping up with the pace of the times.

Chinese style garden architecture allows workers to immerse themselves in it, relax and bring a good mood, and better work. It also adds an artistic atmosphere to the factory environment.

In the same year, Workshop 1 was put into use, covering an area of 5800 square meters. The better production workshop environment, larger production workshop, fully equipped equipment, and well arranged personnel and job positions attracted more talents from the bicycle industry in other areas. Enhanced production management and equipment management, with more personnel set up to supervise and control the production process and efficiency. We have achieved a high-quality breakthrough in the quality control of bicycles. Equipped with two production lines, efficient production without delaying production. Equipped with 32 workers, including two production line directors, one warehouse manager, and one production director, Workshop 1 has a maximum monthly output of 20000 bicycles.

Workshop 2 has a larger area, covering an area of 10400 square meters, with half of it serving as a backup warehouse and serving as our finished bicycle warehouse, capable of accommodating 300000 bicycles. Workshop 2 is equipped with a production line to produce more complex bicycles, with 18 workers, including a production line director, a warehouse manager, and a production director, with a monthly output of 9000 bicycles. The design of multiple doors allows for the simultaneous loading of 5 containers.

The width of the internal road of the factory is 10m, which can pass two large trucks at the same time. It is very convenient for shipment. The factory has good internal greening and excellent air quality. There are four Sanitation worker to keep the factory clean and fresh.
